At Aarnika by NV, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
A clear opening video (unboxing video) is mandatory as supportive proof.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.
Returns will be accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect product received.
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:
Request is raised after 3 days
Product is worn, used, or damaged due to customer handling
Opening video is not provided
Refund Policy
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Once the return is approved, a replacement product will be issued.
Replacement Process
After approval, the customer must ship the product to our physical address (shared by our team).
Shipping charges for sending the product back will be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
Replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Important Notes
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in artificial jewellery and do not qualify for replacement.
Products bought during sales or offers may not be eligible for replacement (unless damaged).
